Many native wild and domestic animals romp around in the 30-hectare wildlife park.
More than 60,000 visitors per year
The Klaushof wildlife park opened in 1971 and is open all year round. In various compounds, you can observe wildcats, otters, birds, lynxes, wild boars, red and roe deer. In the petting zoo, donkeys, goats and Rhön sheep are excited about being petted and cause many children's eyes to shine. Large playgrounds using natural resources are integrated in the park and educational trails make a visit to the wildlife park an informative experience, for children and adults alike.
